Hickory Smoked Pork Chops   Cured & smoked so tender, you won’t believe it.
Bob's Own Award Winning Smoked Turkey. A delight to anyone's taste.
Smoke House Chicken   Seasoned with our own BBQ Spices Then slow cooked with hickory till it falls from the bone.
Prime Rib  
14-16 oz Prime Rib seasoned & slow roasted for 6 hours, cut to order.  The Best Around.
Boneless Pork Loin Center   Marinated in butter garlic, and then rubbed with our pork roast seasoning. Slow roasted and served sliced in its own Aujus.
BBQ Pork   Slow cooked for 12 hours till it falls from the bone.  Served with sauce on the side.
Old Fashion Smoked Ham  
Hickory smoked & cured with our own award winning recipes.
Hickory Smoked Spare Ribs   Seasoned lightly, slow roasted 'until it falls off the bone' tender.  Served with Bob's own Smokey BBQ Sauce.

Italian Sausage, Polish Sausage, Hot Dogs, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Relish Trays and Fruit or Jell-O may be added or substituted in any menu.
