(must be clean)

Grinding and Packaging with fat added   .75 lb
     
Your meat must be clean, (no hair, blood clots, or dirt) boneless, and in food grade containers.  (Clean pots, bowls, coolers, buckets or gallon size baggies.)  Venison brought in garbage bags or not meeting the above standards will not be accepted.

  All summer sausage is now individual vacuum packages.  1.5 pounds of boneless meat yields one 2 pound stick.
